Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 70 years; general anesthesia; elective surgery; no mental illness; no language dysfunction; the expected hospitalization time >=3; no pressure ulcers before surgery; no acute and chronic skin disease; operation time >=2.5h; no joint dysfunction; patients or their families informed consent to participate in this study;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: turned to emergency surgery because of patients' condition; patients with endoscopic surgery;
