18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and more; 2. GERD diagnosed by endoscopically evidenced esophagitis, abnormal esophageal pH or DeMeester score =14.7 with symptom correlation =50%, and/or reflux episodes >73 during a 24h ambulatory impedance monitoring or PPI test positive; 3. persistent symptoms despite daily use of PPIs, hiatal hernia I, II, III; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contradictions for surgery; 2. preoperative dysphagia; 3. previous esophagogastric surgery; 4. autoimmune disease; 5. collagen vascular disease; 6. coagulation disorders; 7. Nutcracker esophagus,achalasia,esophagus stricture,shorten esophagus; 8. severely impaired esophageal motility.
