18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with obstructive jaundice caused by periampullary malignant tumor or hilar cholangiocarcinoma and TBL greater than 50umol/L, ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, acute and chronic heart failure and so on that affects the heart function; 2. patients with severe liver, lung and renal disfunction; 3. bleeding during operation is greater than 1200ml; 4. the level of BMI is greater than 28 or less than 18; 5. patients paticipating other clinical trail or with other reasons not suitable for clinical trials according to the reseachers.
