Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged from 25 to 40 years old; (2) Meet the PCOS diagnostic criteria; (3) Meet the infertility diagnosis standard; (4) male semen routine test is normal (5) To give mini-stimulation intervention to stimulate ovulation. (6) Informed consent. Obtain informed consent process should comply with the regulations of GCP.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) to eliminate abnormal thyroid function, high prolactin, late onset congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, low gonadotropin gonadal hormones menopause, the ovarian or adrenal tumor secreting testosterone; (2) to eliminate organic disease of uterus and adnexa; (3) used endocrine drugs before research within 3 months; (4) to eliminate heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases, mental illness.
