18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient aged 18 to 70 years old, diagnosed as POAG and had the history of trabeculectomy; 2. It is fail to form successful bleb after the 1st trabeculectomy, and the IOP was =18mmHg after maximal ocular hypotensive agents; 3. Anterior chamber angle is open by gonioscope; 4. There are progressive visual field defect and/or missing retinal ganglion ceils and axon; 5. Voluntarily signed informed consent; 6. No surgery and anesthesia contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Reject study and follow visit; 2. Have accepted needling revision surgery and achieved target IOP; 3. Filtering bleb is leaking, had or had the risk of bleb related entophthalmia; 4. High myopia or no light perception; 5. Have Conjunctival scarring because of trauma or infection,except for trabeculectomy; 6. Have uncontrollable infection in the ocular surface; 7. heart liver and kidney functions damage; severe gastrointestinal disease; mental abnormalities; diabetic; 8. Have contraindication of glucocorticoid in the ocular surface; 9. Had the history or the plan of intraocular operation except trabeculectomy; 10. Had secondary factors, such as neovascular glaucoma or uveitis glaucoma; 11. Cannot tolerate surgery or anesthesia.
