30 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male aged from 30 to 70 years, undergoing the partial hepatectomy for liver space occupying, Median operative time is about 2.5 hours, without other major organ system diseases, and the level of ASA is I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with chronic disease as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease; 2. patients with drug control for mental illness; 3. patients with chronic pain and having anodyne for a long time; 4. patients with intraoperative blood transfusion, or the operating time beyond 3 hours or less than 1 hour; 5. other inappropriate situations using postoperative analgesia drug; 6. patients rufusing to use the analgesia pump; 7. patients paticipating other clinical trail; 8. patients with other reasons not suitable for clinical trials according to the reseachers.
