18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Moderate or severe OSAHS, and could not tolerate the treatment of CPAP; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Obstruction in the Glossopharyngeal plane or the Glossopharyngeal palatal plane.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had gotten surgical treatment for OSAHS; 2. Patients with severe craniofacial deformity; 3. Patients with microglossia or macroglossia; 4. Patients with periodontitis; 5. Patients with obstruction in nasal cavity or nasopharynx; 6. Patients with heart failure or central sleep apnea hypopnea; 7. Patients with coagulation disorders; 8. Patients with mental disorders; 9. Patients with COPD, asthma, chronic bronchitis or rheumatoid arthritis.
