18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma; 2. Underwent total thyroidectomy and bilateral lymph node dissection in patients; 3. Understand and agree to study for patients; 4. Aged more than 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In patients with primary hyperparathyroidism; 2. The patients with chronic kidney disease; 3. The patients with parathyroid adenoma or cancer; 4. Patients with a history of oral calcitriol or calcium before surgery. 5. Patients with a history of hospitalization in ICU; 6. patients with postoperative dyspnea or tracheal fistula; 7. Patients with more postoperative drainage in 24 hours; 8. patients with other complications (wound infection, severe lymph leakage, tracheomalacia, laryngeal edema, etc.); 9. Patients who need to be dissected the lateral cervical lymph node 10. Patients who did not agree to participate in the study and follow-up.
