Group A:Nondrainage tube after surgery
Group B:Postoperative drainage tube for not more than 12 hours
Group C:Postoperative drainage tube for more than 12 hours

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary unilateral total knee artropasty; 2. Patients with knee osteoartritis or rheumatoid arthritis; 3. Able and willing to provide signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. revisions, bilateral procedures; 2. previous knee surgery history; 3. history of deep vein thrombosis (VTE, calf muscle vein thrombosis or superficial vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism); 4. cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases (history of myocardial infraction, angina, atrial fibrillation, or previous stroke); 5. discontinuation of oral nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) less than one week; 6. allergy to tranexamic acid (TXA); 7. serious liver and kidney dysfunction.
