Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III status patients scheduled for coloractal and pelvic laparoscopic surgery, patients >18 yr of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Major cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal, and hematological disorders; 2. obstructive pulmonary disease, repeated systemic corticosteroid therapy for acute exacerbations of chronic; 3. obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and previous thoracic surgery or neurosurgery. body mass index; 4. (BMI) N 30 kg/m2.
