18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clear cytology or pathology diagnosis of mCRC, the operation or imaging examination stage for the IV period; 2. Patients have been treated with first-line chemotherapy or no chemotherapy and the expected survival time more than 6 months; 3. There are at least 1 imaging examinations (PET-CT, CT, MRI, bone scan, X-ray) showed measurable lesions; 4. The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in accordance with kidney deficiency and damp heat; 5. The male or female, age 18-75; body condition score ECOG (0 ~ 2) or KPS =70 6. Normal peripheral blood, liver and kidney function isnormal and ECG is normal; 7. The patients with good compliance, can understand the research situation and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not conform to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria, the diagnosis of unknown; 2. Patients have serious cardiovascular system diseases, urinary system diseases, blood system diseases, digestive system diseases and can not tolerate the test; 3. Pregnant or lactating women;mental disorders are not easy to control; 4. With the activities of tuberculosis and other serious infectious diseases; 5. Can't take drugs or vomit frequently; 6. People with poor compliance; 7. Patients who used other drugs or other clinical trials in the past January years were not included in the trial.
