Conventional Ventilation Strategy:Tidal Volume 10-12ml/Kg (according to ideal body weight)
Protective Ventilation Strategy:Tidal Volume 5-6ml/Kg (according to ideal body weight), 5cm H2O PEEP,cRM

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years and more; 2. Schedule for thoracic or abdominal or spinal surgery under general anesthesia (Esmitated operation time=2 hours).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to join the study; 2. Consciousness is not clear or can't cooperate; 3. Severely obese patients(BMI=35); 4. History of respiratory failure within 2 weeks; 5. Emergency operation; 6. Neuromuscular disease; 7. Severe pulmonary bullae.
