Interventions

Experimental group:After the pre-shaping SLIPA foot roots entering the mouth over the upper incisors, pull out the tube core.
Control group:According to the product specification recommend regular inserts.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In west China hospital; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Aged 1-14 years old; 4. Expected surgery time < 3h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High risk of reflux aspiration; 2. Pathological changes in throat; 3. Hemorrhage from respiratory tract; 4. Oral, pharyngeal surgery; 5. Limited mouth opening, severe dentition not ?neat and loose teeth; 6. With cervical vertebra disease; 7. Side or prone position surgery; 8. Have a sore throat, hoarseness, dysphagia before surgery; 9. Parents refused to attend the trial.
