20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male aged 20-40 years old; 2. Normal fasting blood glucose: according to diabetes diagnosis standard of WHO in 1999, random fasting blood glucose under 7.0 mmol/L and postprandial blood glucose under 11.1mmol/L; 3. Normal serum lipids: according to the Guidelines on Prevention and Treatment of Blood Lipid Abnormality in Chinese Adults, serum TC concentration under 5.18 mmol/L, serum TG concentration under 1.7mmol/L, serum LDL-C concentration under 3.37mmol/L and serum HDL-C concentration higher than 1.04mmol/L; 4. Normal BMI (18.5-23.9) and WHR(nuder 0.9, the waistline under 85cm); 5. Han nationality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hepatorenal and kidney function insufficiency (creatine > 1.2 times of normal ceiling, AST > 1 time of normal ceiling); 2) Smoke, alcoholomania, asthma, hyperthyreosis disease, malgnat tumor and other endocrine disease; 3) Surgical operation history in 2 months before the study; 4) hypertention; 5) infection recently; 6) use of nutritional supplement of LBP or related supplement.
