18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged more than 18 years; 2. promximal humeral fractures with medial column communited; 3. fractures within three weeks; 4. patients who have consents; 5. can tolerate the operations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have ipsilateral upper extremity fractures; 2. fracture with humeral shaft extension; 3. previous operative treatment of the ipsilateral upper extremity fractures or have chronic arthritis; 4. open fractures; 5. pathological fractures.
