Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with end-stage osteoarthritis for both knee jointand scheduled to have 2-stage bilateral primary total knee arthroplasty; 2. Patients aged between 50 and 80 years with an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification of I to II; 3. Patients who are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in this study; 2. Patients complicated with severe intra-articular or extra-articular deformity, including knee flexion deformity >30 degree varus or valgus deformity > 10 degree or bone defect; 3. Patients who are allergy to drug used in this project; 4. Patients had drug or alcohol abuse; 5. Patients taken steroid or opioids drugs.
