R2 group:inhaled sevoflurane and i.v. target-controlled infusion of remifentanil 2 ng/ml

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Neurosurgical patients with skull pin fixation; 2. Aged 20-60 yrs; 3. BMI<30kg/m2; 4. ASA physical status I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cardiac, pulmonary, liver or renal disease; 2. Drug or alcohol abuse; 3. Current use of any vasoactive medications; 4. Recent use of any medications known to affect MAC or sympathetic adrenergic response; 5. Contraindication for inhalation induction.
