Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA physical status 1 to 3; (2) Aged 50-75 years old; (3) Patients were sheduled for unicompartmental knee arthroplasty surgery under Intrathecal Anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiovascular disease; (2) Significant renal or hepatic impairment; (3) History of drug and alcohol abuse; (4) Patients cannot cooperation; (5) Preoperative coagulation dysfunction; (6) Allergies to local anesthetics or dexmedetomidine; (7) Peripheral nerve injury or underlying injury.
