Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as functional univentricle; 2. Aged 0-16 years old; 3. Already received Glenn operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe pulmonary hypoplasia; 2. The pulmonary artery pressure over 18mmHg; 3. Unable to receive enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or enhanced cardiac CT examination due to liver dysfunction or renal dysfunction; 4. Other indications unsuitable for Fotnan operation.
