Control group:PN+EN standard group
low dose n-3 group:the radio of n-6/n-3 in PN+EN is range from 5:1 to 10:1
high dose n-3 group:the radio of n-6/n-3 in PN+EN is below 5:1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years and more, any nationality and gender; (2) The pathology diagnosed purely gastric cancer patients, requires radical surgery in our hospital treatment; (3) The ECOG score between 0 to 3 points; (4) Has been diagnosed with cancer without radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, biological immunotherapy anti-tumor treatment; (5) Nontumorous surgery more than 12 months; (6) Be able to follow-up and have a good adherence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With congenital or acquired immunodeficiency disease; (2) With some congenital and acquired heart disease; (3) With some serious liver disease; (4) With some serious kidney diseases; (5) Ever use n-3 fatty acid, drugs of strengthening the immune function; (6) Can't cooperate with research or researchers think that is not suitable for participants.
