Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years old, ASA I and II Physical Status patients referred to the cardiac surgery willing to undergoing right SGB were enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included the following: anatomic abnormalities of the anterior neck or cervical spine; allergic reactions to local anesthetic; carotid vascular disease; coagulopathy or anticoagulant disorder; infection at the puncture site.
