Interventions

Control group:Taking 800mg calcium and 400IU vitamin D every day.
The first treatment group:Taking 800mg calcium and 400IU vitamin D, and doing exercise
The second treatment group:Taking 800mg calcium and 0.25 ug/bid calcitriol
The third treatment group:Taking 800mg calcium and 0.25 ug/bid calcitriol, and doing exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age more than 60 years old can walk independently; 2. DXA bone mineral density T-score of lumbar spine, total hip or femoral neck should be no more than -2.5; 3. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any medical history which may affect the balance function disorders,including vascular disease, neuromuscular disease, diabetes, bone and joint deformities, eye disease; 2. Patients who took drugs which may affect bone metabolism, muscle strength and body balance within 3~6 months; 3. Patients with multiple stones; 4. Patients who has two or more stones in gallbladder of kidney.
