Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All cases were in accordance with the SAP diagnostic criteria for classification of acute pancreatitis in Atlanta (2012); 2. Patients aged from 18 to 70 years old; 3. The onset time is less than 72 hours at the time of admission, admission without nutritional support treatment; 4. Patients APACHE II score is greater than or equal to eight pointsor C-reactive protein is greater than or equal to 150mg/dlor BalthazarCT score is greater than or equal to four points within 72 hours after onset; 5. Patients and their family members volunteered to the object of the observation and fill in the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumor, chronic organ dysfunction and other severe diseases were excluded; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, intestinal obstruction and other digestive tract diseases were excluded; 3. Exclusion of pregnancy SAP, autoimmune SAP, traumatic SAP patients, and an outbreak of AP patients 4. Exclusion of SAP patients who were unable to be placed in the jejunum nutrition tube, or who were unable to tolerate long-term placement of the jejunum nutrition tube; 5. Patients with open abdominal surgery before admission and after admission were excluded.
