control group:vaginal irrigation with 250mg/L povidone-iodine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Twenty to seventy year-old female patients who would undertake a vesicovaginal fistula repair in peking university first hospital is one of our inclusion criterias. The included subjects of the current study would have the basic communication ability to cooperate with the medical personnel.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criterias would be patients with a history of iodine allergy, refusing to participate the current study, with contraindication of a repair surgery, having local (eg. urinary infection or vaginitis) or systemic infection in acute period, with bladder neoplasm, with central or peripheral neuropathy, presented with overactive bladder symptoms. Repeated vesicovaginal fistula repair patients who had once participated the current study would be excluded. Meanwhile, patients fail to cooperate wity medical staff for the reasons of mental disorder, neurological disease, etc. would not be included.
