Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primipara(12~24w); 2. Aged 18 years and more; 3. EPDS>=9, and the score of item 10 is 0; 4. STAI-S>=40; 5. Can read, write traditional chinese,above primary educational level; 6. join this study with informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently diagnosed with mental illness, receiving treatment or taking drugs; 2. previous psychiatric history and substance abuse; 3. Currently diagnosed with cerebral organic psychosis orcognitive disorder; 4. Currently diagnosed with physical disease; 5. Currently accept any psychological treatment; 6. refuse to participate this study.
