65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. osteoarthritis of knee; 2. the first time to do this surgery; 3. aged more than 65 years; 4. be volunteers and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis include rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Diagnosis include knee tumor; 3. Have too severe digestive disease to affect digestive and absorptive functions; 4. Took hormone drugs for a long time (>=6 months); 5. Have varus or valgus deformity (varus deformity >25 degree valgus deformity >15 degree); 6. Have the history of infection, major operations, severe trauma around the operative site; 7. Any severe chronic disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. According to the obesity classification of WHO, obesity level>I; 9. Diabetes patients; 10. MNA-SF score<=11 points.
