Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the parkinson' disease patients who undergo bilateral deep brain stimulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI=30kg/m2; 2. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. coronary heart disease; 4. diabetes mellitus; 5. Second degree and third degree atrioventricular block; 6. Hepatic and renal functions abnormality; 7. patients refuse participation the study.
