Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjective memory complaints confirmed by others; 2. objective evidence for memory impairment; 3. executive function and ADL at the normal level; 4. subjective sleep disorder or observed by others; 5. objective evidence for sleep disordere.g. PSG, actigraphic,sleep diary; 6. cognitive impairment correlates with sleep disorder; 7. aged from 40 to 80 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. meeting the diagnostic criteria for dementia; 2. with cerebrovascular diseases; 3. with confirmed other neural system diseases. for example,Parkinson disease,Huntington disease,normal pressure hydrocephalus,cerebral tumor; 4. with confirmed other sleep disorder, for example, restless leg syndrome,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 5. other disease which can induce cognitive impairment or sleep disorder; 6. patients refuse to sign informed consent.
