Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) they are 18 years old and above, and were diagnosed with infertility; (2) participants were married couples; (3) giving birth for the first time; (4) Education status junior high school or above; (5) receiving IVF treatment for couples; (6) patients' informed consent, willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients had a history of mental illness; (2) have a history of substance abuse in the past year; (3) use antipsychotic drugs or anti anxiety drugs in the past 12 months; (4) participated in psychotherapy projects such as CBT, MBCR, decompression, and yoga psychology treatment in the past 12 months; (5) serious chronic and other diseases; (6) reluctant to participate in research.
