Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria for pre-diabetes as follows (meeting one of the following diagnosis): fasting blood glucose (FBG): 5.6 -7.0 mmol/L; 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h - OGTT): 7.8 -11.0mmol/L; Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c): 5.7-6.4%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD),cerebrovascular disease, cancer, severe malnutrition, dementia, mental disorder, epilepsy; 2) patients participating in other clinical trials; 3) subjects not suitable for clinical for other reasons.
