Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged between 35 and 65; Fasting glucose >=7.0 mmol/L or 2 h postprandial glucose >=11.1 mmol/L; Total cholesterol > 5.18 mmol/L, or low density lipoprotein cholesterol > 3.37 mmol/L or high density lipoprotein cholesterol 1.70 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied with many complications, combined with cardiovascular, cerebral, renal or peripheral vascular lesions and it has clinical manifestations; Liver and kidney dysfunction; Poor diabetes control; Hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors or other endocrine diseases, or receiving hormone therapy; Pregnant or lactating women; Taking omiga-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid supplements in 6 months; Taking lipid-lowering medication.
