Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Participants signed informed consent; (2) The unconscious obstacles, the condition is relatively stable, no obvious lack of eyesight; (3) Aged 40-75 years; (4) They had no history of cerebrovascular disease; (5) With cerebral infarction diagnosis standards, the course in 2 weeks-3 months, right-handed, left hemiplegia; (6) No metal implants in the body, no MRI testing taboo; (7) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score > 4 minutes, paresis test positive, muscle strength level 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) his condition deteriorated, the emergence of new cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage; (2) recent seizures and without effective control; (3) important organs such as heart, lung, liver and kidney function decline or failure; (4) severe cognitive and communication disorders and not training; (5) patients with lower limb joint disease but not training.
