Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. coronary heart disease and pci successful; 3. the platelet inhibition rate was less than 10% after clopidogrel loading 24h; 4. a syndrome of qi deficiency with phlegm and blood stasis on the day of pci; 5. Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clopidogrel within 10 days; 2. Aspirin clopidogrel and heparin allergy; 3. With severe disease, the estimated survival time is less than 1 years; 4. Clear peptic ulcer and taking omeprazole or lansoprazole; 5. Suffer from acute and chronic blood disease, hemorrhagic disease, or platelet count < 100*10^9; 6. With severe liver and kidney damage or infection, tumor, immune system disease; 7. Stop Tirofiban Hydrochloride less than 12 hours; 8. A false resistance caused by inadequate measurement of clopidogrel; 9. Pregnant women or women of childbearing age having fertility requirements; 10. Mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; 11. Expected poor compliance, not in accordance with the requirements of the patient diary card; 12. Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 13. Other conditions not suitable for of the trial.
