Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic congestive heart failure, cardiac function class II - IV (NYHA), left ventricular ejection fraction of 45% or less, the BNP acuity 200 pg/ml; 2. conform to the traditional Chinese medicine qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis of water stop or qi Yang deficiency, blood stasis water stop syndrome differentiation standard; 3. aged 18 to 75 years old; 4. according to the 2014 China chronic heart failure diagnosis, and treatment guidelines, have accepted at least 2 weeks of fixed dose the optimal drug therapy of western medicine; 5. the original is Chinese traditional medicine to treat heart failure stop using medicine for more than 2 weeks. 6. sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
