18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18~70 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I~III; 3. Patients scheduled for cytoreductive surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Significant renal impairment(creatinine>177µmol/L); Congestive heart-failure (NYHA status IV) or other severe systemic disease; 2. Cerebral vascular disease within 6 months, include cerebral hemorrhage and infraction, or over 6 months but with neurological sequelae; 3. Patients with diabetes or coronary heart disease; 4. Patients with tumor diseases except ovarian cancer; 5. Acute trauma or inflammatory disease; 6. History of drug and alcohol abuse.
