50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. hospitalized patients,55-75 years old; 2. Underwent transurethral enucleation of the prostateOne week after operation,urine pad test was positive; 3. the patient agreed to participate in this trial, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of incontinence; 2. Has a history of neuromuscular conditions - Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis horsetail neurological damage, spinal cord lesions; 3. other diseases (asthma, Advanced neoplasticdisease, heart failure;urinary infection, Diabetes mellitusuncontrolled hypertension); 4. Past or present injuries within the pelvis, hip joint or spine; 5. History of cerebral stroke (ischaemic, haemorrhagic); 6. absence of pelvic floor muscle contraction (grade 0) verified by modified Oxford scale; 7. Acute inflammatory conditions and infections; 8. Body Mass Index over 30; 9. Suffers from chronic constipation; 10. Anemia(<100g/L) and low serum albumin (<30g/L); 11. With difficulty for walking and running.
