Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male aged 18 to 30 years old; non-Tibetans; could stay at a altitude of more than 3000 miters till the end of the trial; have passed the second-rounds of body examination for all recruits at high altitude; have voluntarily signed informed consent forms; have a good understanding and could coordinate with investigator.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Long-term living at high altitude area; three-month before the trial, have stayed at high altitude area more than 30 days; obesity, BMI>28; have a history of gout; have a history of chronic disease and must be take the medine (expecially including asprin and uric acid drugs); have a allergic history to vitamin C or E; have a plan to leave traing campus or go a holiday during the trial ineligibility at the investigator's discretion.
