Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. elective abdominal surgery operation; 2. patients aged no less than 14 years old; 3. ASA classification: Level I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with abnormal coagulation function and platelet numbers; 2. having taken preoperative aspirin or other anticoagulant drugs a week before the operation; 3. history of hemorrhagic disease, deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism and intraoperative autologous blood reinfusion.
