Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3-8 years old with an ASA physical status I or II, who were undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia, were enrolled into the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of neurological, cardiovascular, hepatic or metabolic disease, or anticipated difficult airway were excluded
