Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects were undergoing elective surgery of tonsillectomy and 2-6 years old, ASA I-II,Body mass index of 15-18kg/m2, cardiopulmonary function and hepatorenal function were normal, without gastroesophageal reflux disease and upper respiratory tract infection nearly 2 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The abnormality of Head and neck activitynormal, mouth openingdeformity of oral, full stomach Trac heal compression and tracheal malacia.
