20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. undergoing elective laparoscopic rectum and colon surgery under general anesthesia; 2. ASA physical status I - II; 3. Aged 25-65 years old; 4. BMI between 20-35; 5. without the history of heart and lung disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were unable to maintain anesthesia safety according to the experimental requirements.
