Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were recruited from the prenatal clinics of The First People's Hospital of Yichang,complete the first malformation screening before 24 weeks gestation, congenital fetal malformation has been exclude by trasound, delivered between 37-42 weeks gestation and the weigh of infant>=2500g.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women were experience psychosis and serious disease;dependent on substances such as, tobacco alcohol and drugs;not married; age<18; exsiting congenital fetus malformation;the infant has important helminthic disease; mother of her infant cannot be discharged at the same time because of health; women cannot access internet or smartphone everyday.
