DEX:a loading dosage of dexmedetomidine (0.8 ug/Kg) was infused introvenously 15 min before anesthesia and followed continously at 1 ug/Kg/h till the ending of surgery
control group:saline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged >=65 years, ASA I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cognitive dysfunction, heart, cerebral vascular accident, severe hypertension, malignant arrhythmia, organ disfuction, long-term use of sedative drugs
