Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing knee replacement patients; 2. ASA grade I - III grade; 3. aged 18-60 years old, male or female; 4. patients have been fully aware of the nature of the study, participated in the test and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. known to the research drug allergy and allergy; 2. the puncture site of skin ulcer; 3. coronary heart disease; bronchial asthma; severe hypertension; pulmonary heart diseases and kidney function insufficiency; serious dysfunction of blood system; 4. obesity (BMI>30); 5. the history of nervous system disease, drug addiction and alcoholism; 6. nearly 4 weeks to participate in clinical trials of other drugs; 7. poor compliance, unable to complete the test according to the research project; 8. for any reason, the researchers believe not suitable.
