Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The subjects were enrolled from surgical patients diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) admitted in the Thoracic Department of West China Hospital, a tertiary regional center. The experimenters performed a preoperative screening targeted at subjects diagnosed with NSCLC or those highly suspected of having it., patients with (1) smoking index>=400; (2) aged>60; (3) Fev1%=40%-60%L, and (4) or COPD classification>level II were enrolled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) hormone atomization inhaled or systemic corticosteroids history 1 month before the admission ( 1000ml, or transferring to open chest.
