Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes; 2. No serious disease of the main organs such as heart, liver, kidney and other major organs, the last 6 months HbA1c based on the value of 6.6% ~9.9%; 3. Aged 30-70 years old, have a certain reading ability, informed consent and voluntary participation in the investigation; 4. Patients using biguanide antidiabetic drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with insulin; 2. Within a month before the experiment, the types and dosage of the drug were changed (including hypoglycemic, antihypertensive and lipid lowering drugs); 3. Within 2 months before the experiment, regular exercise had done(2 times per week, each time more than 20min); 4. Blood pressure more than 160 /95mmHg; 5. Within two months before the experiment, the weight change was more than 5%; 6. Not to be able to adhere to the completion of exercise testing and exercise contraindications patients; 7. patients with poor compliance of exercise program.
