Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Audlt group: 18 ~ 64 years old; Elderly group: above 65 years old; 2. To lower limb unilateral knee surgery, and knee joint replacement surgery patients; 3. Blood pressure, blood sugar control well; 4. Without contraindications to nerve block anesthesia; 5. Preoperative evaluation of ASA grade I ~ III; 6. Volunteered for the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Puncture deformity, operation history; 2. Intervertebral disc herniation oppressive nerve, back pain or numbness of obvious; 3. Other diseases of lower extremity paresthesia; 4. Local anesthetics allergies; 5. Hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency; 6. Other reasons are not suitable for clinical subjects, according to the researchers.
