Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffered from femoral neck fracture or femoral intertrochanter fracture undergoing artificial femoral head replacement were recruited in the study; 2. Aged >65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No neuropsychiatric diseases, no vision and hearing disorders, and no anti-depressant and stabilizing agent used pre-operation.
