Age
21 Years to 61 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. a diagnosis of stage I-? breast cancer; 2. Aged 18 years and older; 3. completion of surgical treatments; 4. able to operate smart phone and frequent WeChat (a widely-used instant messaging application in China) usage (more than 5 times per week) 5. a good command of the Chinese language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. concurrent diagnosis of other tumor types or psychiatric disorders; 2. a history of suicide attempts; 3. participation in any other psychosocial interventions within 3 months prior to enrollment, 4. prior experience with MBIs.
