Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) No regular exercise habits or not to accept the guidance of the movement among the elderly over the age of 45; (2) To be able to stand independently without any facilitator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those receiving hormone replacement therapy; (2) taking interference musculoskeletal metabolic drugs; (3) parathyroid hyperthyroidism or with poor; there are those within the fracture or surgery; (4) There were fractures or surgery within three months; (5) there is a history of vertigo.
